Position: Influencer Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns and drive revenue through strong relationships with brands and agencies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with influencer marketing agencies, managing creator collaborations, and executing successful campaigns from ideation to reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Agency Partnerships
* Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with brands, media agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities to generate revenue through influencer marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with brands and agencies to understand campaign objectives and develop customized influencer marketing solutions.
* Lead client pitches, proposal creation, negotiations, and campaign closures.
Campaign Management
* Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, from planning and influencer identification to execution, optimization, and reporting.
* Coordinate with influencers, talent managers, production teams, and clients to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
* Monitor campaign performance, timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
* Prepare detailed campaign reports with key insights and recommendations.
Influencer Relations & Content Development
* Build and maintain a strong network of influencers across various categories and platforms.
* Work closely with influencers to develop creative campaign concepts and content ideas.
* Guide creators on scripting, storytelling, production, and content execution to ensure brand objectives are met.
* Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats.
Strategic Planning
* Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
* Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize future campaigns for better ROI.
* Identify new influencer partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience* in influencer marketing, preferably with influencer marketing agencies.
* Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from strategy to execution and reporting.
* Strong network and relationships with *brands, marketing agencies, and influencers*.
* Demonstrated ability to generate business and revenue through brand partnerships.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content trends.
* Creative mindset with the ability to support influencers on content ideation, scripting, shoots, and production.
* Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
* Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
* Understanding of campaign performance metrics, reporting, and ROI measurement.
* Existing network within the influencer marketing and digital advertising ecosystem.
