Job Responsibilities:-
(1) Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manages the entire hiring process, including writing job descriptions, screening resumes, negotiating salaries, and conducting new-hire orientations.
(2) Payroll & Benefits Administration: Ensures employees are paid accurately and on time while managing perks like health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.
(3) Compliance & Risk Management: Ensures the organization follows local, state, and federal labor laws. This includes workplace safety regulations, preventing discrimination, and managing contracts.
(4) Performance & Conflict Management: Establishes review frameworks, tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), assists with disciplinary actions, and resolves employee grievances.
(5) Training & Development: Identifies workforce skill gaps and provides professional development, leadership training, and career progression paths.
(6) Company Culture & Engagement: Drives employee morale through feedback surveys, team-building activities, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and wellness programs.
