Swanip Infracon Pvt. Ltd., a growing name in the construction and infrastructure sector, is seeking a motivated Account Intern to join our finance team in Nirman Nagar, Jaipur. This internship offers practical exposure to accounting processes, financial documentation, and project-related financial management, providing a strong foundation for a career in corporate finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Support preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Help monitor project budgets and expenses.
- Assist with reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for vendor billing and payment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounts department.
Qualifications & Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced construction and infrastructure setting.
