Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of sales executives, developing business strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving organizational sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
