Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to automate HR processes, enhance employee experiences, and deliver scalable and secure HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications and solutions.
- Implement and support HR Service Delivery modules, workflows, and case management processes.
- Configure and customize HR Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center, and HR Catalogs.
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create and optimize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Ensure platform security, data privacy, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while providing ongoing support and enhancements.
- Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
