- Month 1 (Training): The selected candidate will undergo 1 month of intensive onboarding and training at our Thiruvalla branch to understand our company culture, systems, policies, and operational workflows.
- Month 2 Onwards (Permanent Placement): Upon successful completion of training, the candidate will be permanently stationed at our Kochi Office to independently manage operations.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage the smooth onboarding of new joiners.
- Attendance & Payroll Input: Track daily attendance, manage leave logs, apply official late-minute or deduction rules, and prepare error-free monthly attendance sheets for payroll processing.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, foster a positive work environment, and drive internal engagement activities (birthdays, festivals, milestones).
- Policy Implementation: Ensure all company HR policies, code of conduct, and guidelines are clearly communicated and strictly followed by the staff.
- Documentation: Maintain and update physical and digital employee files, issue official letters (offers, appointments, confirmations, and circulars).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malayalam to handle official correspondence and team interactions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a welcoming, approachable personality.
- Mobility: Absolute willingness to relocate/commute to Thiruvalla for the first month for training before taking up the permanent role in Kochi.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
