- Welcome customers and understand their preferences and requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting Pattu sarees based on their needs and occasions.
- Demonstrate product features, fabric quality, weaving styles, designs, pricing, and offers.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling and upselling.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Follow up with customers regarding new collections, festive offers, and promotional events.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist in arranging new arrivals and seasonal collections.
- Support billing and POS operations.
- Assist in stock verification, inventory management, and replenishment.
- Ensure proper handling and folding of silk sarees and premium fabrics.
- Maintain daily sales records and customer details.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager regarding stock availability and customer requirements.
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience in Pattu sarees and pattu fabrics.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of Pattu silk varieties, fabrics, weaving styles, and traditional designs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
