Graphic Designer – Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Design creative graphics for social media platforms, websites, digital advertisements, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing brand assets including banners, brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional content.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline communication channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that support business objectives.
- Design website layouts, landing pages, and user interface elements when required.
- Create motion graphics, reels, and video creatives for social media and advertising campaigns.
- Edit and retouch images to ensure high-quality visual output.
- Research industry trends and competitor designs to develop innovative creative concepts.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare final design files for digital publishing and print production.
- Work closely with content writers, photographers, videographers, and marketing managers to execute creative strategies.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing tools is preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
- Ability to create engaging social media creatives and performance marketing ad designs.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
- Experience working with hospitality, real estate, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
