Scope of Work:
The Chemist cum Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, purity, and consistency of Rhodium, alloy chemicals, and related products. The role involves conducting chemical analyses, developing formulas, optimizing production processes, and supporting the development of new chemical products. This position ensures that all analytical and production activities meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analytical Testing:
2. Conduct chemical analyses of Rhodium, alloy chemicals, and related products using ICP-OES, XRF, and other analytical instruments.
3. Perform quality control tests to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Analyse various chemicals the company intends to manufacture, including:
a. Precious metals (e.g., Rhodium) and alloys
b. Electroplating chemicals
c. Catalysts and catalytic materials
d. Specialty chemicals
5. Formula Development and Process Optimization:
6. Formulate and optimize chemical products, including alloys and Rhodium-based solutions.
7. Collaborate with production staff to improve processes and achieve desired product specifications.
8. Conduct experiments and trials to test, refine, and enhance formulas.
9. Instrument Operation and Maintenance:
10. Operate ICP-OES, XRF, and other analytical instruments to ensure precise and reliable results.
11. Perform routine instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.
12. Method Development and Validation:
13. Develop and validate analytical methods for Rhodium, alloy chemicals, and other products.
14. Collaborate with production teams to improve process efficiency and product quality.
15. Related Product Development:
16. Develop complementary products to support Rhodium and alloy chemical production.
17. Conduct research and experimentation to create new products or improve existing ones.
18. Quality Control and Assurance:
19. Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
20. Conduct audits and inspections to verify the quality and purity of Rhodium, alloys, and other chemical products.
21. Documentation and Reporting:
22. Maintain detailed records of analytical results, instrument maintenance, and method development.
23. Prepare reports on production quality, analytical results, and product development initiatives.
Education and Experience:
1. Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in analytical chemistry, instrumental analysis, and quality control.
3. Experience in precious metal, Rhodium, or alloy chemical production is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
