Job Description : Dialysis Nurse
- Designation: Dialysis Nurse
- Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
- Salary: As per experience and assessment
- Qualification: GNM/ B.SC with valid registration
- (ANM Only with valid renal care experience of min.6 months)
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-dialysis assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and dialysis prescriptions.
- Monitor lab results (e.g., blood work, electrolytes) and adjust treatments accordingly.
- Assess patient comfort and well-being before, during, and after dialysis sessions.
- Continuously monitor patients throughout the dialysis process for adverse reactions or complications.
- Recognize and manage potential complications such as hypotension, cramps, and infections.
- Provide emotional support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Document patient data, treatment outcomes, and any incidents in patient records accurately.
- Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and coordinate treatment adjustments.
- Follow strict protocols for infection prevention, including sterilization and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
- Monitor for signs of infection at dialysis access sites and report as necessary.
- Respond promptly and effectively to patient emergencies during dialysis, including initiating CPR if needed.
- Recognize early signs of complications and escalate to the physician or other medical staff as appropriate.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to improve patient outcomes and the efficiency of the dialysis unit.
- Stay updated on the latest dialysis technologies and nursing practices.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of nursing & Proactive Monitoring
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care during dialysis procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding and assistance of Haemodialysis procedure

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
