Job Description: Marketing Executive

Role Objective
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness and lead generation for our premium infrastructure and development projects in Gurgaon. You will act as the vital bridge between our real estate developments and potential high-value clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation:
Conceptualize and execute targeted B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to generate high-quality, qualified leads for residential and commercial projects.
* Site Visits & Client Facilitation:
Coordinate, schedule, and lead personalized site tours for prospective buyers, articulately demonstrating project USPs, structural advantages, and value propositions.
* Digital Presence Management:
Manage day-to-day operations of company social media handles and actively collaborate with performance marketing agencies to optimize Google and Facebook Lead Generation Ads.
* Market Intelligence:
Keep an active track of local competitor pricing strategies, new project launches, micro-market real estate trends, and demand shifts in the Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR region.
* Collateral Management:
Ensure that all physical and digital brand touchpoints—including brochures, site signage, walk-through videos, and digital catalogs—are impeccably up-to-date and impactful.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal presentation, and consultative negotiation skills.
* Prior experience within the Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Construction sectors is highly advantageous.
* Must possess a proactive mindset and be comfortable with local travel across Gurgaon micro-markets.
