We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager to join our growing team in Pune.
Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales execution. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver effective digital solutions and contribute to revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop sales strategies for revenue growth
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic inputs
- Coordinate with delivery teams for successful project execution
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven expertise in 3 to 8 years Business Development and Sales strategies
- Strong skills in Sales and Revenue Generation
- Experience with data-driven Digital Marketing, including SEO and SEM
- Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic insights
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in Project Management and team collaboration to support client projects
- Familiarity with Digital Media Planning, Website Development, and Mobile App Solutions
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the technology or digital consulting domain is a strong advantage
Work Details:
Location: Pashan / Baner Link Road, Pune
Working: Alternate Saturdays Off (1st & 3rd Saturday off)
