Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented Image and Video Reviewers to evaluate, label, and review visual content based on defined quality, review, and annotation guidelines. This role involves ensuring high accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards including legal and compliance requirements while reviewing images and video footage at scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual quality, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality benchmarks and productivity metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and annotate images and videos according to defined project guidelines
- Assess visual content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and compliance with standards
- Apply ratings, labels, tags, and metadata consistently ensuring keyword and title relevance
- Identify and flag low-quality, ambiguous, or policy-violating content
- Make informed decisions on trademark exceptions, fraud detection, copyright, and legal-related content
- Meet turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and quality targets consistently
- Perform self-quality checks and participate in QA reviews to incorporate feedback
- Escalate complex edge cases to SMEs or leads as required
- Handle high-volume reviews in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Follow content safety, privacy, and confidentiality standards including responsible handling of sensitive content
- Adapt to and apply evolving written guidelines and project requirements
- Maintain focus while making repetitive, detail-oriented decisions
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent quality across all deliverables
Who You Are:
- Candidates with 1-3 years of experience, preferably from Commerce, Arts, BMM, BMS, or BBA / Diploma in Photography course.
- Familiarity with rating scales, brands and logos identification of the content.
- Proficient in English for reading, writing, and operational communication.
- Basic understanding of image/video quality, aesthetics, and visual judgment.
- Awareness of photography trends, styles, and commercial relevance.
- Ability to meet quality benchmarks and productivity metrics by handling high-volume review tasks efficiently.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotational 24/7 shifts.
- Contributor to photography stock agencies, or researcher is a plus. Preferred
- Familiarity with curation tools and digital content workflows. Preferred
- Hands-on experience in Illustration, Vector, 3D, and Animation content, including image and video content review and quality assessment. Preferred
- Hands on experience in Document verification. Preferred
- Experience working on AI/ML and data annotation/labelling projects is desirable Preferred
