ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a remote role. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across search, social, and display focusing on ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Conduct audience and keyword research
- Set up tracking and analytics
- Build and test ad creatives and landing pages
- Manage campaign budgets
- Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
- Prepare reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to improve funnel performance
- Continuously run A/B tests, refine targeting, and ensure campaigns align with client objectives and the agency's growth strategy
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years hands-on with Google + Meta, with proven experience at ₹50L/month+ spend (agency or in-house)
- You've personally scaled lead-gen and or e-commerce campaigns not “assisted”
- Experience running ads in Western markets (US/Canada/UK/EU) alongside Indian accounts you understand the difference in CPMs, buyer behaviour and compliance
- Fluent with Business Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, CAPI, UTM discipline
- Strong grasp of unit economics CPL, CAC, ROAS, blended metrics and can defend every rupee (and every dollar)
- Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, pixel/tag implementation)
- Experience with conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and landing page performance improvement
- Ability to interpret data, build performance dashboards, and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and time management
ADDITIONAL
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, funnel strategy, and audience segmentation
- Collaborative skills to work closely with creative, content, and web development teams on integrated campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Prior agency or multi-client experience and familiarity with global markets
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
