The Client Relationship Officer is responsible for making regular calls to end users, collecting feedback, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting client conversion activities. The role involves identifying customer concerns, ensuring timely follow-up, and coordinating appropriate actions to improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-user calls and collect feedback.
- Record and report customer feedback and concerns.
- Follow up on issues and ensure proper resolution.
- Support tele-calling and client conversion activities.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement corrective actions.
- Prepare basic feedback and customer satisfaction reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in tele-calling or customer service is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
