We are seeking a skilled PCB Layout Engineer with hands-on experience in Cadence Allegro (v17.4/v24.1) and Altium Designer (v25.4). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in designing multilayer, high-speed, rigid, rigid-flex, and flex PCBs, along with schematic drafting, PCB library creation, and manufacturing deliverables. The role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure high-quality PCB designs that meet performance, manufacturability, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design multilayer PCBs, including Rigid, Rigid-Flex, and Flex boards.
- Create PCB layouts for high-speed digital and analog circuits (12–18 layers).
- Develop schematic symbols and PCB footprints as per IPC standards.
- Prepare and modify schematics in Flat and Hierarchical design modes.
- Define PCB layer stack-ups and implement high-speed routing techniques.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM), Netlists, and design documentation.
- Perform component placement, routing, design rule verification, and post-layout optimization.
- Generate fabrication and assembly deliverables, including Gerber files, NC Drill, IPC Netlist, ODB++, Pick & Place, and Assembly Drawings.
- Verify manufacturing outputs using CAM350.
- Address fabrication-related engineering queries and support manufacturing teams.
- Apply EMI/EMC design guidelines and PCB layout best practices.
- Coordinate with hardware engineers, mechanical teams, manufacturing, and customers throughout the design cycle.
- Continuously learn and adopt the latest PCB design methodologies, software enhancements, and industry standards.

- High-Speed Digital & Analog PCB Layout Techniques.
- Layer Stack-up Planning and Controlled Impedance Routing.
- Gerber Generation, CAM Verification, and Manufacturing Documentation.
- Strong understanding of IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-7351, IPC-A-600/6012).
- EMI/EMC-aware PCB layout practices.
- Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience working with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors.
- Familiarity with DFM, DFA, and DFT guidelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
