Role Description The Inbound Sales Specialist - Loan is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The specialist will handle inbound inquiries from prospective and existing customers seeking loan products, providing clear information on eligibility, terms, documentation, and application processes. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, guiding them through loan options, qualifying leads, and converting inquiries into successful applications while maintaining high service standards. The role involves managing call, email, or chat queues, updating CRM systems with accurate customer data, and following up on pending applications or documentation. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting and operations to resolve issues, ensure compliance with internal policies, and support continuous improvement in customer experience and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain loan products clearly and confidently.
- Experience in Sales and converting inbound leads, ideally within financial services or loan products.
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience through empathetic listening, needs assessment, and tailored solutions.
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or loan sales is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software for data entry and follow-up tracking.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail and compliance.
