Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as per assigned section
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients
- Support senior chefs during service hours
- Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages
- Adhere to food safety and kitchen safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong cooking skills and ability to handle a section
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a disciplined and professional attitude
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
