Courier Booking: Customer Support Executive
Handle customer booking enquiries and booking requests.
Coordinate with customers and operations teams.
Ensure accurate booking and excellent customer service.
Good communication and basic computer skills are required.
Requirements
Graduate (preferred)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Experience in logistics/courier operations is an added advantage
