Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our hygiene & house keeping products such as Handwash, Detergent Liquid, Detergent Powder, Bathroom Cleaner, Glass Cleaner, etc within Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the hygiene/cleaning chemical industry and a strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients such as hospitals, hotels, schools, housing societies, corporate offices, and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on product features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the cleaning and hygiene product sector.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Handle negotiations, quotations, and order closures efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and local marketing events to promote products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the hygiene/cleaning products industry (preferably phenyl or related disinfectants).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good network in the local market (especially Mumbai).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
- Own vehicle preferred for field visits.
