Job Description
We are hiring an HR Executive – Front Desk who will be the first point of contact for our office and will support front desk operations, HR coordination, recruitment activities, social media presence, and institute support.
This role requires strong communication skills, follow-up discipline, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Level
Front Desk & Office Coordination
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, students, and candidates professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries
- Manage appointments, walk-ins, and front office coordination
- Maintain a professional and organized front desk environment
HR & Recruitment Support
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Follow up regularly with candidates regarding interview status, selection, and joining
- Maintain candidate records and HR documentation
- Assist with onboarding, attendance tracking, and basic HR reports
Social Media Coordination (HR & Institute)
- Assist in maintaining company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
- Coordinate job posts, course promotions, and basic company updates
- Respond to inquiries received via social media platforms
- Follow up on job and course leads generated through social media
Institute Support
- Handle student and course-related inquiries
- Support admission process and documentation
- Coordinate batch schedules, demo sessions, and trainer communication
- Assist during workshops, orientations, and institute events
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office records, files, and registers
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Support management with daily administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Comfortable handling calls, WhatsApp, and social media communication
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-up and coordination ability
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly

- Friendly, confident, and presentable
