- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents to customers.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and databases.
- Coordinate with the production, purchase, stores, and dispatch teams for order fulfillment.
- Follow up on pending quotations and customer requirements.
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and order status reports.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and customer visits for the sales team.
- Monitor order progress and keep customers informed about delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management.

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Back Office Sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
