Job Summary:
BIM modelling and documentation of drawing set for Architectural and interior projects for global clients.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include the development of BIM models using Revit including documentation from schematic design (SD) stage till construction documentation (CD) stage. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in Revit modelling, documentation of US projects, detailing, project management, and collaboration with design teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.) with 2-5 years of work experience
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in Revit projects including modelling and documentation
- Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Understanding of architecture design and principles.
- Experience in creating parametric families, using dynamo scripts is preferred.
- Experience working in BIM 360 environment is a plus.
- Other software skills like Photoshop, Lumion and Escape is a plus.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, problem-solving skills, quick learning and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
