- Strong command of English writing and speaking.

- Proven capability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, schools, institutions, and business partners.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate sales teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Expand the company's presence across schools, bookstores, distributors, and educational institutions.
- Recruit, train, and monitor sales representatives.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
