Ninni Tales is building a magical bedtime experience for families.
Parents can create beautiful bedtime stories narrated in their own
voice, helping children enjoy meaningful bedtime moments with less
screen time and stronger family bonding.
We're looking for our first Founding Growth Marketer---someone
excited to build growth from zero rather than inherit an existing
marketing machine.

About the Role
This isn't a traditional marketing job.
You'll own user growth across organic channels, influencer partnerships,
communities, referral programs, ASO, and growth experiments.
Your goal is to help Ninni Tales reach its first 10,000 parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the overall growth strategy.
- Identify our ideal customer and discover new acquisition channels.
- Grow organic traffic through Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, Facebook Groups, SEO and ASO.
- Find, negotiate and manage parenting influencers and micro-creators.
- Build partnerships with parenting newsletters, blogs and communities.
- Launch referral programs and viral growth initiatives.
- Create campaigns that encourage user-generated content.
- Measure installs, activation, retention and conversion using GA4, Firebase and analytics tools.
- Run weekly experiments and scale successful growth channels.
- Present weekly reports with learnings and recommendations.
Requirements
- 0-3 years in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Consumer
- Marketing or Creator Partnerships.
- Experience growing a consumer app, SaaS, D2C brand or startup.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and organic acquisition.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Pinterest, Reddit, Facebook Groups and community marketing.
- Experience with ASO, SEO and analytics tools (GA4, Firebase).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup.
