- Independently manage the day-to-day facilities and administrative operations of the premises.
- Coordinate and monitor all maintenance activities, repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Assign, follow up and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Supervise housekeeping standards and the overall upkeep of the property.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers to ensure quality and timely execution of work.
- Handle tenant requirements and ensure prompt resolution of operational concerns.
- Conduct routine inspections and proactively identify maintenance or operational issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, operational records and service trackers.
- Draft professional emails, notices and administrative correspondence as required.
- Plan, prioritise and manage multiple operational responsibilities independently.
- Resolve routine operational issues and provide practical solutions with minimal supervision.
- Keep management informed of significant operational matters while taking ownership of day-to-day responsibilities.
- Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Facilities & Administration, Facilities Management or Operations.
- Experience managing a commercial building, factory, industrial unit, hotel, hospital, educational institution or corporate office is preferred.
- Must be able to draft professional emails and communicate confidently with tenants, vendors, contractors and senior management.
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
- Professional, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
