- Supervise security personnel deployed at multiple locations.
- Ensure effective implementation of security policies and SOPs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits.
- Monitor security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Manage security guards, supervisors, and site security teams.
- Prepare duty rosters and manpower deployment plans.
- Conduct training programs and security briefings.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of security staff.
- Investigate security incidents, thefts, accidents, and breaches.
- Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and site management.
- Attend client meetings and address security concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Maintain security records, registers, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and client guidelines.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
- Identify security vulnerabilities and threats.
- Recommend security improvements and preventive measures.
- Conduct emergency response drills and preparedness exercises.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
