Job Description
Handle insurance, TPA, Ayushman Bharat, and other empanelment processes in hospital.
- Verify patient insurance cards, Ayushman cards, and eligibility details.
- Process cashless hospitalization approvals from TPAs and insurance companies.
- Coordinate with doctors and billing department for required documents and reports.
- Submit pre-authorization and final claim documents on portals/email.
- Manage billing and discharge clearance as per scheme guidelines.
- Handle ECHS, CGHS, corporate, and government health scheme cases.
- Maintain proper records of approvals, claims, settlements, and pending cases.
- Guide patients and attendants regarding insurance and scheme procedures.
- Follow up with insurance companies and TPAs for claim approval and payment settlement.
Pay: ₹10,079.43 - ₹20,000.00 per month
