We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Specialist with 1–3 years of experience in web and digital solutions sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client-handling ability, and a basic understanding of website development and digital marketing services. The role involves lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, and converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify potential business opportunities
- Engage with prospective clients and understand their business requirements
- Present suitable web and digital solutions to potential customers
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and execution
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly
