Operations Executive – Dispatch, Logistics & Store OperationsAbout the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, responsible, and proactive Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys handling operations, logistics management, inventory coordination, and customer interaction in a fast-paced streetwear and fashion environment.
The candidate will be responsible for managing daily dispatches, coordinating with logistics partners, maintaining inventory accuracy, and handling customer interactions at our offline store counter. The role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Order Management
- Process and manage daily customer orders.
- Generate shipping labels and manifests.
- Ensure accurate packaging and dispatch of products.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain dispatch records and daily reporting.
- Ensure all orders are dispatched within scheduled timelines.
Logistics Management
- Coordinate with shipping partners for smooth order movement.
- Track inbound and outbound shipments.
- Handle RTO (Return to Origin) cases and shipment discrepancies.
- Maintain logistics documentation and reports.
- Follow up on delayed shipments and escalations.
- Optimize operational workflows for efficient dispatch management.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct stock checks and inventory audits.
- Manage inward and outward stock movement.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams.
- Identify inventory shortages and report requirements.
- Ensure products are stored systematically and efficiently.
Offline Store Counter Operations
- Attend walk-in customers professionally.
- Assist customers with product selection and sizing.
- Manage billing and POS operations.
- Handle customer queries regarding products, orders, and availability.
- Maintain store presentation and organization.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience at the store.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare daily operational reports.
- Maintain operational documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
- Assist management with operational planning and execution.
- Handle basic Excel sheets and operational software.
RequirementsSkills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, retail, or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Weekly Off: Tuesday
Shift Timing: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
