We are hiring a Customer Support Associate for our B2B SaaS product. This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with customers to ensure smooth onboarding, software adoption, backend operations support, and overall customer satisfaction. As a Customer Support Associate you will assist new and existing clients in using these modules effectively, resolve operational queries, provide product training, and support feature rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure new customer accounts in the software
- Assist clients with backend operations and day-to-day software usage
- Conduct online product training sessions and onboarding for new customers
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Gather and document customer feedback, requirements, and common support issues
- Coordinate with internal technical and product teams to resolve client concerns
- Keep customers informed about product updates, enhancements, and newly launched features
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth issue resolution
Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, onboarding, client servicing, or operations support
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple support channels including email, chat, and phone support
- Comfortable working with Excel, formulas, Google Sheets, and data handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and a customer-first mindset
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to learn software workflows quickly and guide customers effectively
Educational Qualification
- BBA / MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Any Graduate can apply
- Candidates with relevant experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

- Experience working with SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B technology products
- Experience conducting client webinars, onboarding sessions, or product training
