This role will be responsible for driving all India Business Development function for entire product portfolio of Power Quality (UPS, MDC, Smart Racks Bright layer solutions etc), Power distribution (Low voltage, Medium voltage switchgear) & solutions & Bussmann fuses.
- Drive the One Eaton Electrical Sector India Business Development function as full time owner. All India BD team will report into this role
- Expected to drive significant revenue contribution from BD team for One Eaton Products and solutions with predominant focus on CPS, CPC, DC solutions.
- This role will bring in segment wise BD focus apart from helping team to secure approvals in Large consultants and departments for ONE Eaton as CXO level engagements
- Drive BD team for the enablement of Consultant Management, Consultant Mapping and Product positioning through consultants and large end users to gain acceptance and promote Eaton solutions.
- Lead to BD team to develop an opportunity pipeline at each approved consultant and end-customer level and share the same with the sales team. Track and review the opportunity for conversions in coordination with the sales leaders.
- Guide team to build large project pipeline across focus segments like Data centers, Infrastructure, IT/ITES, Government, Railways, Buildings, MOEM etc. Identify large projects which are at the prescription stage and help increase Eaton win rate in these projects through BD function actions
- Additionally, this role will also support the Sales leaders on the project level pricing strategies in sync with the pricing team and management team. Market dynamics, pricing actions will be tracked for agile actions to increase the win rate and support profitable growth
Candidate is expected to be updated on the technical and commercial knowledge of products and solution across players for the said scope of offers. Should have an experience of driving large projects end to end (enquiry to order) and should be able to translate those learnings to support Eaton team in pre-sales and winning strategies
