Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business growth. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, promoting products or services, and improving the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct follow-up calls or meetings with clients.
- Support customer onboarding and account management activities.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Assist in achieving customer service and sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
