Job Summary
We are seeking a Workday Studio Consultant with strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable integration solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless data exchange between Workday and external systems. Experience with AI-enabled solutions and modern application development practices will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday Studio integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and functional teams to deliver integration projects.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of integration issues.
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and production deployments.
- Document integration designs, processes, and technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
- Experience in developing and supporting Workday integrations.
- Knowledge of Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of XML, XSLT, and data transformation techniques.
- Experience with application development and integration methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within teams.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, or other Workday modules.
- Knowledge of cloud-based integration architectures.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Studio.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Additional Information
- Location: Bengaluru / Jaipur.
- Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant Workday Studio experience.
- Workday certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
