Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to plan, manage, and successfully deliver construction projects from inception through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality, safety, manpower, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, project management, technical, and communication skills, with hands-on experience managing construction projects within approved timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, structural engineers, MEP teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and other project staff.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
Monitor project budgets, costs, material requirements, and resource utilization.
Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Monitor procurement and ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.
Conduct regular site meetings and project review meetings.
Track project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and handover activities.
Manage subcontractors and vendors, including performance, quality, timelines, and commercial matters.
Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues efficiently.
Maintain proper project records, including schedules, reports, approvals, variations, and correspondence.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Manage changes, variations, delays, and claims in coordination with the commercial/contracts team.
Ensure timely completion, snagging, commissioning, and project handover.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Typically 8–15 years of relevant construction/project management experience, depending on project complexity.
Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, contracts, costing, and site execution.
Experience with project scheduling and monitoring tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contracts.

Compensation
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
