Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele caller to handle student inquiries, explain course details, and convert leads into admissions for our coaching center.
Key Responsibilities
- Call prospective students/parents from provided leads
- Explain courses, fees, schedules, and benefits clearly
- Follow up on inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
- Maintain and update student database and call records
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Handle walk-in inquiries and guide them about courses
- Coordinate with faculty and admin team for scheduling
- Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets
Required Skills
- Good communication skills
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
- Polite and patient approach with students and parents
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th pass / Any degree
- Experience in tele calling/sales (education sector preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication can also apply
Work Timings
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
