Marketing Admin
- Manage budgets, logistics and events or meetings. Handle scheduling, record-keeping and reporting.
- Direct and supervise the ACADEMIC ADVISORS and day-to-day operations
- Ensuring there's a high level of customer service.
- Monitoring and encouraging team for achieving targets and reporting to head office
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
- Coordinate with students and university as a link.
- Resolving complaints and maintain interpersonal relationships
- Coordinate internal core meetings.
- Responsible for the support to students after admission, academic support includes; Issue of Assignment books, Exam fee collection, Course related support, and Exam date communication
- Prepare and submit detailed report in monthly meeting
- Collection of fees in proper installments
- Coordinate with Admin Assistant
