A Head of Finance and Accounts is a senior management position responsible for overseeing an organization's financial operations, accounting functions, and financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
- Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Ensuring compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations
- Monitoring cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities
- Supervising accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Leading audits and coordinating with external auditors
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
- Implementing financial controls and risk management processes
- Managing and developing the finance and accounting team

- Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA
- 8–15+ years of finance and accounting experience, including leadership roles
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
