Hiring: Welding Fabricator / Fabrication Fitter
Location: Pune
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Welding Fabricator / Fabrication Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for metal fabrication, welding, assembly, and fitting work while ensuring high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal components using fabrication tools and machinery.
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Arc/Stick welding as per project requirements.
- Conduct fitting and fabrication work for industrial and structural components.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, cutting machines, press brakes, and drilling machines.
- Maintain workplace safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to complete projects on time.
- Perform routine maintenance of tools and fabrication equipment.
Requirements
- Experience as a Welding Fabricator / Fabrication Fitter in manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Good knowledge of welding and metal fabrication processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
- Hands-on experience with fabrication tools and welding equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Physically fit and able to work in a production environment.
- Team player with problem-solving skills.
Education
- ITI / Diploma / Vocational Training in Welding, Fabrication, Fitter, or related trade preferred.
