Job description:

Determining and defining project scope and objectives from project start to delivery/closure of the project.

Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and managing resources in an effective and efficient manner.

Preparing budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.

Tracking project costs in order to meet budget.

Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan.

Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.

Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to fulfil the requirements and tasks by schedule.

Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Identifying the risks and mitigation; communication to stakeholders about risks and impact.

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for project smooth execution.

Requirements / Qualifications for Project Manager:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.

5-8 years of project management and related experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle and basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.

Excellent analytical skills.

Excellent in presentation and demonstration skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Excellent written skills in English.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
