Job Overview
Neelima Matrimony is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our Ajmer office.
The role involves handling customer enquiries through our CRM, understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable membership plans, following up with leads and converting enquiries into paid memberships.
Responsibilities
Handle leads through CRM and phone calls.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable membership plans.
Sell Self Search and Assisted Matrimony Memberships.
Follow up with interested customers and pending leads.
Handle customer queries and sales objections.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
Graduate or Postgraduate preferred.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, B2C Sales or Membership Sales preferred.
CRM experience is preferred.
Strong follow-up and closing skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets.
Matrimony sales experience will be an advantage.
Work Schedule
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Location: In person, Ajmer
Sunday: Working day
