Position Overview
Ayuda Organics is looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Manager who can manage both inbound customer leads and retail store sales operations. The role requires strong customer handling, team coordination, sales conversion, and retail management skills to drive overall business growth.
The candidate will be responsible for converting incoming inquiries into sales, increasing retail store revenue, improving customer experience, and building repeat customer relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Leads Management
- Handle inbound inquiries from:
- Website
- WhatsApp
- Instagram & Facebook
- Google leads
- E-commerce platforms
- Referral customers
- Convert incoming leads into sales through proper follow-up.
- Guide customers regarding organic grocery, wellness, and daily-use products.
- Maintain lead database and customer follow-up records.
- Coordinate with delivery/store teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Increase repeat customer ratio and customer retention.
Retail Store Sales Management
- Manage day-to-day retail store sales operations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Supervise and motivate store staff for better customer service and upselling.
- Ensure proper merchandising, shelf display, and stock availability.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment.
- Execute store offers, promotions, and local marketing activities.
- Improve walk-in customer conversion and average billing value.
- Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and customer experience standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports.
Required Skills
- Strong sales and customer relationship skills.
- Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Leadership and team management ability.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer handling.
- Ability to manage both online inquiries and offline store sales.
- Basic computer, Excel, and billing software knowledge.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Preferred Experience
- 2–6 years experience in FMCG, grocery, retail chain, supermarket, or organic products industry.
- Experience in both customer handling and retail sales management preferred.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed salary + sales incentives + growth opportunities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
