About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Project Lead Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of business conferences, corporate events, and industry summits. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in conference production, business development, research, and event management. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong communication, research, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research industry trends, market insights, and emerging business opportunities to support conference planning and content development.
- Assist in developing conference agendas, session topics, event concepts, and speaker briefs.
- Identify and connect with potential speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, delegates, media partners, and industry associations.
- Generate and qualify leads through market research, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and cold calling.
- Assist in presenting conference concepts, sponsorship opportunities, delegate participation, and partnership proposalsto prospective clients.
- Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, delegates, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, Design, and Finance teams to support successful event planning and execution.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, meeting notes, project trackers, and event documentation.
- Create articles, website content, marketing collateral, email campaigns, and promotional content related to conferences and events.
- Maintain databases of speakers, clients, sponsors, exhibitors, delegates, and industry contacts.
- Support on-site execution of conferences by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring a seamless event experience.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, speakers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Assist the team in achieving sponsorship, delegate, partnership, and project objectives.
- The ability to learn & adapt to emerging AI technologies and digital content management tools.
- Skilled in creating high-quality articles, blog posts, website content, and marketing materials tailored to diverse industries, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, take ownership of assigned tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and event execution, when required.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
