Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients through cold visits, networking, and referrals.
- Product Presentations: Conduct compelling, in-person product demonstrations and pitches tailored to individual customer needs.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate pricing and contract terms, address customer objections, and successfully close sales to achieve personal and team targets.
- Territory Management: Systematically cover a specific geographical region to maximize market penetration and sales productivity.
- Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and secure long-term loyalty.
- Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate client records in CRM software and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales, outside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Drive & Independence: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
- Mobility & Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to travel daily within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
