About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Human Resources Executive to support the HR department across recruitment, HR operations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and day-to-day administrative coordination while ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
2. Post job openings on various platforms and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
3. Coordinate onboarding activities, documentation, and induction for new hires.
4. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Support HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee documentation.
6. Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, letters, and other HR-related documents as required.
7. Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and internal HR activities.
8. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including record management, vendor coordination, and office administration tasks.
Other requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field.
2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, HR operations, or HR administration (internship experience is welcome).
3. Familiarity with job portals, professional networking platforms, and recruitment processes.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
