Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good MS Office and CRM knowledge
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Salary:
