Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives (Target Based)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client hiring requirements and job descriptions in detail.
- Source potential candidates through various platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, social media, referrals, and job portals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Handle interview alignment and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for future hiring opportunities.
- Assist with onboarding processes and documentation formalities when required.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates.
- Achieve hiring targets within the given timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
