Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Head with extensive knowledge of High Pressure Die Casting processes and automotive quality standards. The candidate will lead all quality assurance and quality control activities across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality systems and procedures.
- Lead customer quality management and complaint resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Manage PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D activities.
- Ensure compliance with customer and industry quality standards.
- Lead internal and external audits.
- Monitor process quality and product performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage quality documentation and reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HPDC manufacturing processes.
- Experience with automotive quality tools and systems.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO standards.
- Team management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
