Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to drive sales and build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will either be currently working in the Real Estate sector or open to making a career move into this dynamic industry. Candidates from Financial Services, Insurance, Automobile or EdTech backgrounds with a strong consultative sales approach are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various channels (field visits, online leads, referrals, etc.)
· Understand client requirements and offer property solutions that align with their investment or residential needs
· Provide end-to-end support throughout the sales cyclefrom lead generation to site visits and closing the deal
· Maintain long-term relationships by offering exceptional after-sales support and guidance
· Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and channel partners for smooth transaction execution
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)
· Minimum 1 year of client-facing sales experience in Real Estate, Finance, Insurance, or EdTech
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
· High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and customer orientation
· Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
