Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with the ability to build high-performance, user-friendly applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using React.js.
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage MongoDB databases.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams to implement new features.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integration.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub for version control.
- Understanding of authentication (JWT/OAuth) and security best practices.
- Familiarity with state management (Redux/Context API) is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of deployment on cloud platforms or Linux servers is an added advantage.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BE, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in MERN Stack Development.
